We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy.

Alvina Melik offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We also take PayPal, Alvina Melik E-Gift Cards. Our store issued Gift Cards are currently exclusive to our stores, and are unable to be used online. Similarly, our E-Gift Cards are exclusive to online purchases.

Please use the tracking option at the top of the page for quick information. In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll receive a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package’s progress until it’s delivered to your door. Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit USPS.com or FedEx.com to enter the tracking number emailed to you.

We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.
